PRODUCT FAQ

Common questions before starting OpsKey CRM.

Review the answers below or contact KeyHub Pro for a commercial onboarding discussion.

What is OpsKey CRM?

OpsKey CRM is a business customer-operations platform introduced through KEYHUB PRO (PVT) LTD. It combines customer records, products, orders, editable business documents, payments, expenses, licences, renewals, staff access, reports and support tickets in one workspace.

Who is the platform designed for?

It is designed for SMEs, enterprise teams, IT service providers, software resellers, AEC and technical businesses, institutes, project teams and other organisations that need more structured B2B customer operations.

Can I create a trial without contacting sales first?

Yes. Use the Apply for Trial page, choose a workspace plan and complete the registration form. The portal creates the trial workspace immediately when the required details are valid.

What happens after trial registration?

The organisation receives a workspace-owner login. The owner can sign in, configure company settings, upload a logo, review products, create staff users and start testing the CRM workflow. The registration is also saved to the KeyHub Pro main portal for internal follow-up.

What documents can the platform generate?

The platform supports editable DOCX-based quotations, proforma invoices, payment receipts, commercial invoices, activation forms and activation confirmation letters.

Can my company add its own branding?

Yes. Workspace owners and administrators can upload a company logo, configure organisation details and upload editable DOCX templates.

Can I add my own products?

Yes. The product module supports software, service and subscription products with vendor, category, SKU, licence type, term, currency and pricing fields. OpsKey CRM Workspace Subscription is included as a product item.

Does the system manage licence renewals?

Yes. Licence records can include customer, product, activation date, expiry date, quantity, assigned account email, assigned users and renewal-reminder information.

How are staff permissions handled?

The workspace supports owner, admin, sales, finance, support and viewer roles. The enterprise layer also provides invitation-based staff onboarding, custom permission roles, email-verification status and optional authenticator-app MFA.

Does the platform include customer support ticketing?

Yes. The support module provides ticket submission, reply history, status tracking and validated PDF, PNG or JPG attachment uploads.

How are workspace subscriptions activated?

The workspace can be registered under a trial. Continued service follows the selected plan. Payment proof is submitted through the portal and subscription activation is completed after manual verification.

What security controls are included?

The application includes workspace-level separation, password hashing, email verification, time-limited password recovery, optional authenticator MFA, HTTP-only session cookies, session revocation, CSRF checks, rate limiting, private-file storage, accepted-upload validation, optional ClamAV scanning hooks, audit logs, security-event records and download logs. Review the Security & Compliance page for details and limitations.

Does OpsKey CRM provide a customer-facing portal?

Yes. Authorised workspace administrators can create external customer portal accounts. Customers can review documents, orders and licences and can submit support requests through the separate portal.

Does the platform support API, webhooks, SCIM and SSO?

The enterprise foundation includes API-key management, a customer REST API, signed webhook delivery, SCIM provisioning endpoints and SSO configuration records. Production SSO activation still requires provider-specific credentials, metadata and validation.

Can the platform be deployed in a private cloud or on premises?

Yes, as a scoped enterprise deployment. The application includes deployment-profile records and a Docker deployment template. Infrastructure, SSL, firewall, backup, monitoring and support responsibilities must be agreed for the selected model.

Are recurring card payments automated?

The included billing flow uses trial registration and manual payment-proof verification. A hosted recurring-payment provider can be integrated after a merchant account, currencies, tax requirements and gateway webhooks are selected. Raw card data should not be stored in OpsKey CRM.

Is OpsKey CRM certified for a regulated industry?

No specific ISO, SOC 2, PCI DSS or regulated-industry certification is claimed unless separately confirmed in writing. Organisations with regulatory requirements should request a separate suitability and compliance review.

Can government entities and institutions use it?

The platform can support structured organisational workflows, but each government entity or institution should complete its own procurement, legal, hosting, cybersecurity and compliance review before deployment.
