Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Service description
OpsKey CRM is a customer-operations SaaS platform introduced through KEYHUB PRO (PVT) LTD. It is designed to help subscribing organisations manage structured business records, including customers, products, orders, documents, payments, licences, renewals, staff access, reports and support tickets.
2. Workspace registration
When registering a workspace, you confirm that the submitted information is accurate and that you are authorised to register on behalf of the organisation. You are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity performed through your workspace accounts.
3. Trial access and subscriptions
Trial access may be offered for a limited period according to the selected workspace plan. Continued use after the trial is subject to an active subscription. Plan capacity, billing cycle, payment instructions and activation status are shown in the relevant platform workflow or communicated during onboarding.
Subscription payments may require manual verification before activation. A submitted payment proof does not by itself confirm approval until reviewed by the platform operator.
4. Pricing and plan changes
Prices, plan limits, trial periods and available features may be updated for future subscriptions or renewals. Any custom enterprise scope, onboarding support or additional development must be confirmed separately in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform for unlawful activity, malicious activity, unauthorised access, harmful file distribution, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to disrupt the service. You must not attempt to bypass workspace boundaries, security controls or access restrictions.
6. Customer-data responsibility
Each subscribing organisation is responsible for deciding what information its users enter into the workspace, obtaining any required permissions, maintaining accurate records and complying with applicable legal or contractual requirements. The platform should not be used for regulated or high-risk data without a separate suitability review.
7. Backups and exports
Operational backups should be maintained according to the deployment arrangement. Organisations should preserve their own copies of important issued documents and reports where business continuity requires them.
8. Availability, updates and support
The service may require updates, maintenance or security fixes. Support is provided according to the applicable plan or written commercial arrangement. Unless separately agreed in writing, the service is not presented with a specific uptime SLA, disaster-recovery SLA or regulatory certification.
9. Limitation and professional review
OpsKey CRM supports business workflow management. It does not replace legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity, compliance or professional advice. Organisations should obtain independent advice where their operating requirements demand it.
10. Contact
