GUIDED ONBOARDING

From trial registration to a working corporate CRM portal.

OpsKey CRM is designed so a business can start a workspace, review the modules and progressively configure the operating environment without needing a complex implementation project for the first setup.

ONBOARDING STEPS

A clear setup sequence for your organisation.

Each step prepares the workspace for controlled business use.

01

Register the organisation

Complete the public trial form using your company name, authorised contact person, official email, phone, country and selected workspace plan. The portal creates the initial trial workspace account.

02

Verify the official email and secure the owner account

Use the time-limited verification link sent to the registered official email address. After signing in, configure authenticator-app MFA from the Security Center and review active-session controls.

03

Confirm workspace details

Review the organisation profile, registered address, contact information, document prefix, authorised representative information and operational settings.

04

Apply your company identity

Upload your company logo and configure editable DOCX templates where needed. This helps customer-facing quotations, invoices, receipts and activation documents follow a consistent presentation standard.

05

Review and configure products

Use the product catalogue to maintain software, service and subscription items. OpsKey CRM Workspace Subscription is included as a product entry and can be expanded with your own commercial catalogue.

06

Add staff users and responsibilities

Create staff accounts according to operational duties. Available roles include owner, admin, sales, finance, support and viewer.

07

Start managing customers and commercial activity

Register customer organisations, prepare orders and documents, record payment activity, track licence data and use the support-ticket workflow.

08

Review plan and subscription activation

Select a monthly or yearly plan, follow the provided payment instructions and submit proof for manual verification. Subscription activation occurs after review by the platform administrator.

09

Configure enterprise controls where required

Define branches, departments, custom roles, approval workflows, customer portal accounts, API keys, SCIM tokens, privacy operations, deployment profile and continuity records according to your organisation's scope.

10

Maintain ongoing operational discipline

Review audit logs, security events, file-download logs, staff access, scheduled backups, renewal dates and incident-response records as your organisation grows.
